Shipping Information
We ship through any standard courier service throughout India and via registered post.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may be faster or slightly delayed due to weather, high demand, or courier constraints. Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless the product has a different shipping timeline mentioned.
Shipping Charges
We don't charge any extra shipping cost on domestic orders.
Duties & Taxes for International Orders
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency; they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.
Brooch & Co is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay - for any international order.
Refund Policy
We do not have a refund policy.
In exceptional cases such as when a product cannot be delivered, we provide a full refund.
The refunded amount would be credited to the original mode of payment within 5 business days.
Returns Policy
We have a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
The replaced product will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days upon verification and approval of the return request.
Our brooches are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable and not grounds for return.
Return Process
To return or exchange a brooch or report damage in transit, please contact us via email at info@broochco.in within 24 hours of product delivery.
All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Returns will only be processed after verification of the reported issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Warranty
Product warranty is applicable only for the below conditions:
- Brooches – If the brooch is de-shaped, if the polish has faded, if any stones or decorative elements are missing, or if the pin mechanism is not working properly
